NaturWanderPark delux - Nat'Our Route 4

Around the Our loop. The five cross-border Nat’Our routes in the Éislek surprise with the diversity of the Our Nature Park. Each of the Nat’Our routes is dedicated to a special theme. 

This route begins with a steady ascent. Almost invisible here is one of Europe’s largest pumped-storage power plants (SEO). Deep beneath your route, the floodwaters roar through huge pipes between the reservoir and the upper basin on Mont St. Nicolas. Even older mining stories are told by the copper mine in Stolzembourg. Before you return to Bivels, you can let your gaze wander up to Falkenstein Castle when crossing the Our.
